Point

Flu, headache, runny nose, nausea, abdominal pain, motion sickness; bitten by mosquitoes and other insects.

Dosage & Usage

Headaches, dizziness, flu, motion sickness: Rub high oil on the temples and nape of the neck, rub into the nostrils.

When bitten by mosquitoes and other insects: Rub the ointment on the bite site.

Can be steamed: Put about 1-2 chopsticks of high oil into boiling water to steam when you have a cold.

Contraindications

Not for use in children under 2 years of age. Do not apply to eyes.

Do not use for people who are sensitive to any of the ingredients.
